Refund policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.

We accept items for exchange if we sent you wrong sizing. If you order the wrong size, it is not our responsible. There are no refunds unless you have received a defective product.

Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging. Tags still intact, an no odor.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded.

Customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended. BRN2BLESS will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have desired size available, we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange.

Once product is received at our location, we will email you to complete the exchange process.
